Refunds and Exchanges

• Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund or exchange status.
• Refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
• If you prefer an exchange, we will send the new item to you at no additional cost.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
